Project definition:
In order to develop this intellectual work, I have begun by carrying out a detailed analytical study of all the different activities, buildings and structures that make up the intermodal railway station located in the nerve centre of the Dutch city of The Hague. A terminal whose perimeter is intensely surrounded by different arteries and infrastructures, such as various communication routes and roads, including different tram lines, metro, buses, taxis, private motor vehicles and even a multi-storey garage for bicycles.
As shown in the attached plans, this analysis distinguishes, at +0.00m, a set of platforms and tracks, parallel to each other, arranged longitudinally and whose route or trajectory ends in the main lobby of the station, in the form of a distribution hall, next to which a large building is transversally arranged on several floors and which houses the post and telegraph offices, typical of this type of railway facility. Continuing with the analysis, and on a second or immediately higher level, we find an extensive surface area that covers the entirety of the platforms or train platforms and which serves to house the intercity bus station. It is also interesting to note the layout, also aerial, of the different tram lines that literally cross the glazed façades of this intermodal facility and which run at different heights through the interior of the complex.
Once the analysis has been completed and the different and diverse parts into which the whole complex is structured have been determined, in a second phase of work, we will study the types of functional relationships that are established between them, in order to then synthetically conceive a conceptual idea that will serve as the fundamental principle on which our future urban planning and architectural intervention will be based.
Once this state has been reached during the creative process, we will go on to identify the new functional requirements that the programme of needs contemplates, giving rise, within it, to two ideas that will become the main objectives of the future intervention:
On the one hand and as an urban intention, the requirements of the city council request the creation of two bus stations, both to be located on different levels, with the intercity or long-distance bus service station on the upper level of the terminal, while the lower level will house the new station for city buses that move exclusively within the city of The Hague.
On the other hand, as a wish of the promoters, a new hotel, belonging to the Hilton chain, is being planned and built in a specific area of the intermodal structure. In principle, this building should have a so-called city bus station on its ground floor, with short-distance routes, which, as we said before, only run in this Dutch city.
This gave rise to the idea of a spatial "CONTAINER", which brings together, next to the new bus station, the programme of requirements of a hotel, which also includes a number of flats, offices, conference and meeting rooms, as well as a garage space.
Among the drawings made during the creative design process in order to define this architectural project, it is worth mentioning the one that represents, by means of a coloured perspective, the "Central Station of The Hague" torn away from its usual context in the city, and represented as a spaceship orbiting in the cosmos and drawn together with other exemplary flying buildings, such as the well-known "Ferris Terminal in Zeebrugge", which is also represented here, drifting through the universe. Perhaps a delirious image, typical of ideas concocted in the bowels of the brain of a megalomaniacal individual, whose thoughts allow him to conceive gigantic accumulations of architecture, great and vast bastard structures, which are beyond the concept of the city, which simply absorb the flows, swallowing up the goods, the cars, the people, wherever they come from. In short, huge, mutant buildings that quickly become the essence of the city, developed quickly and spontaneously as if they were para-urban mutations, developed anywhere with wild competition and transforming any high-density spot into a ghost town.
The "ALPHABETA - A1" mission emerged once a certain critical mass was reached in the bowels of the human mind, such a pathological cosmic delirium, as an alternative to the existing real world where the collective consciousness rules and dominates.
A bold vision that finds its foundation in the megalomaniacal idea of imagining those architectural projects made up of certain "bastard buildings", which were initially conceived and designed on Earth and for Earth, and which were nevertheless not valued or recognised on Earth, being arranged on the Earth's satellite in the future.
An ambitious objective that consists of strategically scattering a collection of disparate prototypes of similar habitable structures (condemned and forgotten) over the different craters on the lunar surface, placing them specifically on its hidden face, thus configuring a kind of desert of lost souls.
The "AUREBESH - A2" mission is envisioned to be configured within the huge and gigantic network of interplanetary networks in our cosmos, being conceived in order to guarantee space connections of the highest rank known so far.
While still in the development phase, such urban outposts are envisioned as high-density traffic intersection points that, in time, we will find in the galaxies, located on different planetary trajectories as Orbital Space Interchanges.
An intervention or action for urban and paranormal planning, on the scale of the universe, conceived and designed with wild competence, even spontaneously developed, become the essence of the cities of tomorrow: new, modern, advanced and sophisticated structures within the astro-field, with the capacity for navigation and autonomous movement, magnetic propulsion, self-regulating, in which UFOs, space ships and space shuttles converge to refuel.
All this with the purpose of projecting colourful points of high density, ready to house any "entity" or "specimen", wherever it comes from, even of an unknown nature. In short, ghost cities, stationary cities of everyone and no one, arranged under hypothetical coordinates on astral pilgrimage routes.
With these original prototypical prototypical travelling functional artefacts, the world of architecture takes a quantum step forward, engendering and generating a new concept or idea of urbanism beyond the terrestrial scale, of infinite dimensions, the so-called Galactic Urbanism: the colossal idea, never better said, of situating in orbit various models of City-Station-Space, spread and/or disseminated throughout the stellar dome or firmament.
The ''ALPHABETA - B1'' mission portends a possibility that will be surprising in its absoluteness. A priori dismissed as remote, it has the credibility required to be consummated. Such an event will undoubtedly cause enormous perplexity among a world population, today squeezed and congested.
This second inventive and innovative phase involves the projection of a group of six artificial dens, inserted, on this occasion, on the terrestrial fabric.
Constructions designed with the purpose of welcoming the first extraterrestrial clans or tribes that will visit our planet in the future, understood as secret bases where to place specimens as unknown as peculiar strangers and pioneering galactic intruders.
Artificial structures, (in principles of strange appearance), based on ideas that show their origin beyond the conceived limits, as invasive architectures developed outside their natural habitats.
Bunkers can range from simple pieces or segments of higher structures, used as shells, caves, chasms and caverns, to complex, technologically advanced facilities, which will often be inhabited, including by certain superheroes, supervillains, thieves and bandits, or as hideouts in post-apocalyptic, earthly scenarios.
Singular fragments of constructions from other parts of the cosmos, as yet unknown and for the moment undetermined, destined to enter into activity and service in order to remedy visible negative aspects that Mother Earth currently presents: a primary function consists of implanting a programme, introduced surreptitiously on the Earth's surface, which affects its functional structures, totally or partially destroying contaminated tissues and diseased constructions, eliminating them at the root, preventing the spread of further infection, an action that maintains a healing and reparative attitude.
Urban antidotes, in the form of anti-viruses, which aim to detect, in order to dismantle, the toxic and infectious fabric that appears in certain harmful models of current colonisation.
As these fascinating and sophisticated shelters take shape (coming to life and even becoming conscious of themselves), they in turn destroy and dismantle the barbarities built up over time, so typical of the poisoned barbarianism or poisoned hell that the divine Earth has become in our days.
Exemplary buildings that have been programmed to prevent our civilisation from decaying, losing its integrity, whose purpose is to regulate the internal environment of the system, to keep it in a stable and constant condition.
Strangely enough, it will be when this mega-architecture is fully implemented that a new desired order will be imposed.
The ``AUREBESH - B2'' mission considers the likelihood that in some secret and currently inaccessible place on our neighbouring planet Mars, perhaps, the conception is underway of incredibly sophisticated and volatile cities, transplanted from other worlds, which will be destined to house humans in the future and on a temporary basis, while Earth is being repaired: a very poorly made hell that needs to be put back together again.
A small number of privileged people, (scholars of cyber architecture and cyberspace, chosen of the Gods throughout the vastness of the cosmos and thus travellers through fugitive time), have hastened, examining all, in the design of incomparable structures, such airships, which in the future will surprise us as they take to the skies.
Selected flying buildings, like detachments, which have separated for moments from their main body, (the hitherto unknown alien metropolis), to fulfil the specific mission or task of transferring the human race, (nowadays shipwrecked), in an orderly manner, to return to the red and reddish planet, ensuring the rescue and transport even of all living beings, thus consolidating their salvation.
A surprising and unusual feat, whose meaning resembles, reminding us of the objective and function for which the 'Noah's Ark' was conceived, already announced in the biblical genesis, the origin or beginning of our complex universe.
